How Our Network Works
Request an estimate
Who you talk to
You talk to an independent provider in our network. That is a local concrete business, not Forgotexpected Concrete. They run their own crews, set their own prices, and sign their own agreements with you.
We do not list staff names on this site. We are a referral service. Our job ends once we connect you.
What happens next
First, you send a short request. Tell us what you want: a new driveway, a patio, or stamped concrete. Add your town and a few details.
Next, a provider reads it and reaches out. Expect a few plain questions. How big is the space? What is there now? Where does water go? Many providers then visit the site to measure and look at the soil and slope.
Then you get a written estimate. Read it with care before you decide.
What to ask a provider
Keep a short list handy:
- What does the base look like, and how deep is it?
- How will water drain away from the slab and the house?
- Will you use steel bars or mesh? (This is the metal inside concrete that helps hold it together.)
- What finish will keep the surface from getting slick in rain?
- Who pulls permits, if any are needed?
- What is in the written quote, and what could change the price?
- How long before I can walk or park on it?
Costs vary a lot by size, site, and finish. Get the numbers in writing.
You are in control
You can ask questions, request more than one estimate, or say no. There is no obligation. Take your time and pick the provider who explains the job in a way that makes sense to you.
