How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want people who reach out to Forgotexpected Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Forgotexpected Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, workmanship, and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider. Keep a written record.
Tell us as well. Your feedback helps us keep our network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please note that Forgotexpected Concrete cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund money you paid a provider. We cannot act on a provider's behalf.
How to File
Email contact@forgotexpected.beer and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Send It
We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office, your state attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state contractor licensing board may also help.
