Grow your concrete business
Forgotexpected Concrete is a referral service. We are not an employer, and this page is not a job listing. We connect homeowners with independent contractors who do the work.
If you run your own concrete business, you may want to receive homeowner requests in your area. We pass along requests for new driveways, patios, and stamped concrete.
Who fits
We look for independent providers who:
- Pour driveways, patios, or other concrete flatwork
- Offer stamped concrete, or want to take those jobs
- Work in or near Kirkland, WA and the Kirkland area
- Run their own crew, trucks, and tools
- Want new-build homeowner requests, not repair-only work
We explain trade terms to homeowners in short, clear words. We like providers who do the same. (Concrete flatwork just means flat slabs like drives, walks, and patios.)
What we expect
Homeowners come to us for plain answers. We ask providers to match that.
- Follow local license, permit, and insurance rules where you work
- Give clear written quotes with the scope spelled out
- Explain base, drainage, and finish in simple terms
- Return homeowner inquiries politely and keep your word on schedules
- Treat every property with care
Providers are fully responsible for their own work, staff, and contracts. Forgotexpected Concrete does not direct how you do a job.
How to apply
Send a short email to contact@forgotexpected.beer. Include:
- Your business name and the towns you serve
- The kinds of concrete work you take
- A brief note on how long you have worked in the trade
- A phone number and the preferred way to reach you
We read each note and reply if there is a fit. Joining is not a promise of any set number of requests.
Questions?
Write to contact@forgotexpected.beer. Ask about how referrals work, the areas we need covered, or what a provider agreement looks like. We will answer in plain words.
