Disclaimer: What This Site Is and Is Not

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this before you use forgotexpected.beer. It is a general template, not legal advice.

We Refer, We Do Not Build

Forgotexpected Concrete offers referral and marketing services only. We connect homeowners with independent concrete providers. We do not pour, finish, stamp, or seal concrete. We do no construction work at all. An independent provider does any work at your home, not Forgotexpected Concrete.

Not an Endorsement or a Promise

When we connect you with a provider, that is not an endorsement. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost, or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise a provider will be available in your area at a certain time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, and conduct.

General Information

This site gives general information. It is not engineering, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Soil, slope, weather, and local rules differ from one property to the next. Talk with a qualified provider about your own project.

About Costs

Cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Prices vary with the job, location, materials, site conditions, and design. Ask the provider for a written estimate before any work is scheduled.

Permits and Local Rules

What we say about permits, HOA rules, and building codes is general. We cannot tell you what your town or HOA requires. Check with your local permit office, your HOA, and your provider.

Stay Safe

Concrete work uses heavy equipment and digging. Wet concrete and its dust can irritate skin and eyes. Keep children and pets away from work areas and fresh concrete. If anyone is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Forgotexpected Concrete when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure gives more detail.

Accuracy of Information

We work to keep this site correct and current. Even so, we do not warrant that every detail is complete or right.
